What is the Community Model?
The Community Model is designed specifically for businesses and organizations built on online community platforms. Coined by our founder, this model distinguishes itself from traditional organizational models and online business frameworks.

Group Programs and Workshops
Simple Start Group Program
$3,750 USD (covers up to 3 people from your team)
Small groups include no more than 6 teams and are building their communities using the same platform.
10 weeks of completely online guidance and training with an expert from our team. Includes weekly group training and 1:1 meetings with your team every other week.
Provides guidance in planning, designing, and setting up your community. As well as planning and setting up your launch content. We’ll provide templates to make it easy to plan your community design, and content and onboarding for new members. Then help you set up your community platform and content to prepare for launch.
This program works best for those who want guidance in migrating to a new platform, or setting up a simple community design with existing services and content that you will be bringing to your community. This may also work for social communities with primarily interactive content.
This program is not for communities that are just starting out and do not have existing content or courses, or that have an extensive or complex community design or content requirements. It does not include custom services
Advanced Group Program
$7,500 USD (covers up to 3 people from your team)

Provides hands-on training and guidance in planning, designing, and setting up your community. As well as training and planning in setting up your launch content. This program is designed for those who are looking for more hands-on training and guidance in building and launching their community, as well as in adding content, setting up courses and resource libraries, and/or engagement optimization.
This program provides extra guidance and training for those who are just starting out and do not have existing content or courses and have more extensive or complex design requirements. It does not include custom services.
Growth Program
$2,500 USD (covers up to a 3 people from your team)
This program is organized into a series of four, 2-hour interactive workshops that cover key areas of growing and managing online communities. Packed with valuable information and pro tips acquired through hands-on experience building, managing and growing online communities over the last decade.
Topics include:
A community design assessment, onboarding tools and content automations, and clarity of messaging and design flow within your community.
Content & activity strategic planning, monetization, and implementation to increase engagement, drive outcomes, and/or sell services and content.
Community management and moderation for all types of communities to increase engagement, retention & referrals
Building ambassador and referral programs to increase membership and optimize retention.
